1 How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. During busy releases, sales, or inventory verification, processing can take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking when your order is on its way.
2 Will I pay tariffs, duties, or import taxes?
Canadian orders do not have import duties charged by On The Low. For US orders, duties are included in the total at checkout, so you do not have to worry about an unexpected duties bill afterward. For orders to other countries, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
3 Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across Canada, to the United States, and to many international destinations. Shipping options appear at checkout based on your address.
4 When do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is available in Canada on orders over $250 CAD and in the United States on orders over $350 USD.
5 Are all items authentic?
Every item is inspected by the On The Low team before being listed. We sell only authentic products.
6 Can I return my order?
Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy before ordering. If you need help with an order, contact us with your order number.
7 Can I buy, sell, or trade in store?
Yes. Bring your sneakers, clothing, or collectibles in for a quote, or start through our sell or trade form.
8 Where is the store and when are you open?
Find us upstairs in Unit 106 at 9942 82 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB. We are closed Monday.
Tuesday to Thursday: 2 PM to 6 PM. Friday and Saturday: 12 PM to 6 PM. Sunday: 1 PM to 6 PM.
