Counterfeit Exception

If an item purchased from us is proven to be counterfeit, it may be eligible for a refund provided that the item is returned in the same original condition in which it was sold.

To request a review, please contact us through our contact page with your order details and supporting proof that the item is counterfeit. The item must be inspected and the claim verified before a refund is approved.
